Treat Butter (Aka Biscoff) is an awesome treat, that is so genuinely addictive in the event that you like it I wonder whats quite it a few times – by what means would something be able to be THAT acceptable?! Be that as it may, in case you're not a fan, that is not an issue, there are a lot of different flavors and spreads out there that you can use!

A few days ago I saw a wonderful post on Buzzfeed about Cookie Butter Brownies – and my god did this cause me to ache for a few! I truly needed to have a go at it with one of my own Brownie plans and it didn't disillusion!

Brownies, as you may have just perused on my blog, are one of my preferred things to eat and heat. They are chocolatey, gooey, fudgey, and great (particularly when you warm them up in the microwave and include a spot of frozen yogurt!).

Ingredients :

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate
  • 200 g Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Medium Eggs (or 3 large)
  • 275 g Caster Sugar (white or golden)
  • 90 g Plain Flour
  • 35 g Cocoa Powder
  • 200 g Chocolate Chips
  • 150 g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (chopped)
  • 1/2-3/4 jar Biscoff Spread

Instructions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/160C Fan, and line a 9x9" square tin with parchment paper. 
  2. Melt the Dark Chocolate with the Butter and leave to cools lightly whilst you make the rest of the brownies!
  3. Whisk together the Eggs and Sugar until really thick and mousse like - it will double in volume, be a lot paler, and leave a trail for a couple of seconds before disappearing when done!
  4. Fold the Chocolate/Butter mix into the Eggs/Sugar mix carefully - don't deflate the eggs by being careless!
  5. Add in the Plain Flour and Cocoa Powder, and fold that in as well. 
  6. Add in the Chocolate Chips and Biscoff Biscuits, fold through, and pour into the tin.
  7. Using two teaspoons, spoon dollops of Biscoff Spread onto the top of the Brownies - I do about 15 or so dollops!
  8. Bake the Brownies in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until baked through. I tend to check them after 25 minutes as some ovens are hotter than others!
  9. Leave the brownies to cool fully in the tin!
