Ingredients :

OATMEAL:

  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 3 tbs Chia Seeds (or ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed)
  • 12 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1⅓ cups Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for a real caffeine kick!)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions :

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, sweetener and salt.
  2. Stir in the almond milk, coffee, and vanilla extract.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, drizzle on the creamer and caramel, to taste.  Enjoy!
