I completely LOVE pasta and I love snappy and simple suppers! So this Asian style veggie lover one pot pasta with coconut milk and red curry glue is totally great. It's my new most loved supper for weeknight meals. Simple, solid, thus unbelievably flavorful and rich.

What's more, you need just one pot to make it! This vegetarian one pot pasta truly couldn't be a lot simpler. You simply toss in the entirety of the fixings – including the uncooked pasta – and afterward cook it for around 15 minutes.

Along these lines it's pressed with flavor and it spares you loads of time and furthermore filthy dishes. As the entirety of my plans, it's obviously 100 % veggie lover.

At the point when I originally attempted one pot pasta, I was quite incredulous. I mean it does sound somewhat abnormal, isn't that right? What's more, when I shared my veggie lover one pot spaghetti with vegetables on my Facebook page, a few people really got extremely distraught. Haha!

One person even remarked this would be viewed as an obscenity in Italy. All things considered, this veggie lover one pot pasta probably won't be a customary pasta formula, yet it's so darn scrumptious!! It resembles an Asian style one pot pasta with the coconut milk and the red curry glue. Excessively sweet-smelling, somewhat hot, and sooo rich!
