One of my preferred simple breakfast plans is basic short-term oats! These overnight oats are a simple breakfast formula that you can put together around evening time or toward the end of the week and have a very heavenly breakfast in the first part of the day!
Straightforward short-term oats are intended to make your morning, great, basic! You can eat them cold or warm, absolutely up to you!
This week is pumpkin week! The temperatures are at long last beginning to drop (a piece!) which implies it's totally OK to begin eating #allthingspumpkin right? The formula I'll be offering to you here is pumpkin flavor for the time being oats. I normally like to warm up my pumpkin zest for the time being oats and it tastes simply like pumpkin pie!
Making basic short-term oats make only a couple of strides. You can without much of a stretch make for the time being oats every night or even supper prep them each end of the week!

- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek or dairy free yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 TB walnuts
- pumpkin spice
Instructions :
- Layer ingredients as listed above. Refrigerate overnight. Eat cold or heat up in the microwave (preferred method!)
