Make Kotletki (Russian Style Chicken Patties) OFTEN! Which Russian home doesn't, generally??? At the point when I began making my own kotletki years back, I have been remaining as near to the conventional formula as conceivable by absorbing the bread milk first. In any case, since I LOVE testing in the kitchen and continually searching for approaches to improve the plans and include more taste I thought of this secure technique that I have been following for quite a long time!

The "mystery" to making soggy kotletki is including some smoothness: sharp cream or mayo (for reasons unknown I didn't care for mayo, yet it's up to you), yogurt, buttermilk or even cream cheddar, and steaming Kotletki.

My own inclination is to make littler Kotleti as you find in the video. It makes it simpler to shape them, flip them and as I would see it look increasingly rich served. That is the reason I generally make Kotletki!

I trust you will appreciate this formula as much as my family does. I have included many serving recommendations toward the finish of the video. Truly, you can make your own ground meat, yet it requires significant investment and afterward additional cleaning. In any case, definitely, utilize the technique that works for you!
