As occupied mothers and entrepreneurs, we don't get the chance to get to know each other as we might want, so we completely appreciate and esteem each snapshot of every Sunday Brunch that we get the chance to spend together. It's a basic yet noteworthy issue, and it generally leaves every one of us with a restored soul and thankful heart.

This time, I needed to make a bonus unique and sparkly for our young ladies' early lunch, so I chose to give our champagne glasses an inclination ombré sparkle makeover. It might look extravagant schmancy, yet it's really an overly fast and simple venture that is certain to dazzle your visitors!

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Lavender*
  • Neon Purple Food Coloring, if desired

Instructions :

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, lemon juice, water, dried lavender, and 2-3 drops of neon purple food coloring (if desired).
  2. Simmer over low-medium heat for 15 minutes, whisking frequently. 
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes. 
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the lavender buds. 
  5. To mix the lavender lemonade cocktail, fill the bottom of each glass with 2 oz. of lavender lemon syrup, and top it off with 6 oz. of Prosecco. Garnish each cocktail with a lemon wheel and a sprig of lavender
