Ingredients :

  • 5 lemons, juiced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 4-5 cups water
  • lemon slices, fresh raspberries, ice and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions :

  1. Add the juice of 5 lemons, honey and raspberries, along with 1 cup of the water to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove the foam and raspberry seeds, and add the remaining 3-4 cups of water (to taste) to the raspberry mixture.
  3. Add ice, fresh raspberries, lemon slices and mint leaves (if desired) for garnish.
  4. Serve in mason jars or tall glasses with paper straws and a slice of lemon.
