  • 1/4-1/2 cup liquid (milk, water, almond milk, orange juice)
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup liquid (milk, water, almond milk, orange juice)

Directions:

BEET SMOOTHIE
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to help it blend if it's too thick.
